Smoking is not allowed indoors. Guests wishing to smoke, must smoke outdoors in the garden area. Extra charges and fines will be applied in case the guests smokes indoors.

A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

台灣大學出借田徑場給「中國新歌聲」辦演唱會，因學生不滿上課場地遭排擠使用，24日赴校園抗議時爆發濺血事件。對此，台大主任祕書林達德今（25）日表示，租借流程確實不周延致發生爭議，校方表達歉意，未來租借場地將以教學為優先考量，除非遇到類似世大運這類的活動，否則不再外借。
台大田徑場日前租借給中國大陸選秀節目「中國新歌聲」辦演唱會，導致跑道、草皮損壞，並封館一周，引起台大學生不滿，質疑行政流程有問題、排擠學生上課使用。昨日學生們和統、獨人士一起在會場抗議時，不幸發生濺血事件。
林達德表示，處理過程確實不周延，場地租借應以教學優先，此次活動計畫書送到校方時，因為已接近活動時間，喊停可能有合約、賠償等問題，考量這是一般音樂活動，體育室也表示，會協調教師調整上課場地，才勉強同意外借。
林達德指出，針對此次事件，校方願表達歉意，將研擬更嚴格的場地租借審查流程，且會讓學生參與，未來除非遇到類似世大運這類的活動，否則田徑場不再外借。至於場地的修復問題，將以廠商的押金30萬元負責，不會有求償無門的狀況發生。
全台這兩天受輕颱瑪娃外圍環流影響，雖然多地雨下不停，但天氣涼爽許多，也讓台電供電危機暫時舒緩，但是中央氣象局表示，今（３）日晚間瑪娃將進入中國大陸，之後一周，全台將恢復先前「紅番薯」的悶熱天氣。
氣象局預報資料顯示，今年第16號颱風瑪娃進入大陸地區後，強度將持續減弱，明日各地大多為多雲天氣，但附近水氣仍多，迎風面的南部地區不定時會有局部短暫陣雨，其他地區轉為多雲午後雷陣雨。
氣象局預測未來一周，台灣各地將恢復為悶熱的天氣型態，高溫約攝氏32到34度，其中下周三（６日）、四（7日）西南風較為偏強，北部高溫有機會達攝氏35度。
至於未來一周的供電狀況，依據台電官網最新資料顯示，備轉容量率在5.27%至11.4%區間遊走，分別為供電警戒橘燈、供電吃緊黃燈和供電充裕綠燈。
未來兩個月的供電狀況，由於各機組預計從9月底到明年5月20日之前進行歲修作業，加上秋老虎高溫影響，僅9月下旬為黃燈，直到11月上旬前其他時段仍為橘燈，供電狀況仍無法輕忽。
